Summary

Adds transactional dynamic target updates to the unified Tokio managed client.

  • Adds bounded synchronous target-update submission with durable async receipts.
  • Supports add, remove, replace, and unchanged-target preservation through complete desired-set updates.
  • Uses task-global monotonically increasing target generations.
  • Allows retiring and replacement generations to overlap within a hard configurable live-generation bound.
  • Preserves active sessions for unchanged targets and drains/closes removed or replaced live generations.
  • Supports empty controller state under ExplicitStop and natural completion under FinishWhenQuiescent.
  • Keeps update application atomic from durable status/receipt observation.
