irtt-server's hex-pattern chunking moves to the stable as_chunks API with no behavior change. irtt-rs picks up IRTT_SERVER_* environment variable configuration, SIGTERM handling via ctrlc's termination feature, and the Dockerfile/Gitea Actions pipeline that publishes its server image to Gitea and GHCR.
